Water Vapor due to Sub Grid Scale change in Convection?

I am running WRF simulations of polar storms

I am using WRF ARW v.3.9.1 and the following set up:
PBL: MYJ
CU: Kain Fritsch
MP: WSM 6
SWLW: RRTMG
Surface Physics: Eta similarity
Noah LSM
Polar stereographic projection

For analysis of the storm intensification, we ideally need the sub grid scale convection change in water vapor output from the WRF simulation.

I am an experienced WRF user, but I am having great difficulty in finding
a) what existing output fields to use from WRF out
b) or how to infer or calculate it from WRF out fields
c) or what set up to change in the simulation so that WRF outputs this variable?

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
