Hi WRF People,

I well compiled WRF and WPS with intel compiler. I tested them and all is ok. I'm trying to visualize some data and i want to use Vis5d. I compiled it by default ("make linux") so with gcc compiler. Vis5d wanted netcdf library, so i recompiled netcdf with gcc and gfortran to use it with Vis5d. When i recall vis5d to visualize ARWpost (that was well compiled) output something goes wrong and i go in segmentation fault.

Can someone help me?

Sorry for my bad English

Hi,
The problem I have met it yet.It is suggested that you should compile the netcdf WPS WRF ARWpost with the same compiler. Arwpost have not supported the inter compiler. At last, I use pgf+gcc to solve the problem.

I am using vis5d at the University of Maryland modeling hurricanes. I am trying to color the isosurface with two colors, one for positive values and the other for negative. Does anyone know how I would do this?

Click the New variables radio button, then add a new variable corresponding to the isosurfaces you want.
