Problem near the tropic

Hy everybody,
I'm currently running WRF over two distinguish domains. The first is along the Chilean coast and the second is along the Peruvian coast including the tropics.
With my first domain, comparing WRF to Quikscat, I obtained very good agreement between the wind fields. Nevertheless, my second domain doesn't have good agreement comparing to Quikscat. The variability and the mean of the wind from WRF are too weak, and I have a bias of about 2m/s ... I'm using the physics and dynamics namelist specified at the bottom.
Maybe, I have to use other schemes near the tropics ??

hi, I'm using WRF at UFAL northeast of Brazil...

I use the follow configures...
