Wind farm drag parameterization in nest domain

hello everyone,
I just have a question about the wind farm parameterization in WRF(ARW). I use nested domains to simulate the influence of a wind farm. but the influence (the change of pbl for example) only in the coarse grid, and the fine grid do not have any change. it seems that the windturbine parameter only set in the coarse grid. the following is my namelist.input , I wonder if there is something wrong in my namelist.
