TKE export

TKE export

Hi all, I am a newbie with WRF. I am trying to export 3D TKE distribution for the nested domain.
I add "h" flag in the Registry/Registry.EM_COMMON file:
state real tke ikj dyn_em 2 - hr "tke".....
and then recompile.
Now it writes the TKE variable in the wrfout. But they all zeros. also TKE_PBL variable comes with all 0.2
What is wrong here? you can find my namelist.input file to check my options;
Any help would be appreciated!
