Doxygen for WRF?

Postby AlexBrownUML » Sat Feb 23, 2013 12:05 pm

I'm assisting a class of atmospheric science students in exploring WRF FORTRAN code. Has anyone used Doxygen to generate call graphs etc for WRF 3.4.1? All I can find is some work with f90tohtml: http://12characters.net/wrfbrowser (and that's WRF3.2)

doxygen is available in the both mode i.e. texual mode and a graphical mode well call_graph is drawn for each function showing the functions that the function directly or indirectly calls. Than you can use layout file top determine the garphs.
