WRFChem on HPZ800 + Tesla

Postby eric1024 » Sun Jun 17, 2012 11:41 pm

Hello to all,

I would just like to know if there is anything that needs to be done to run WRF and WRFChem on a HPZ800 Workstation that has a Tesla processor connected to it. The OS I'm using is Ubuntu 10.04

Is there anything else that I have to do to make sure that the computations run as fast as they are expected to?

Thanks

Hi.
i'm trying to compile the cuda part of wrf over debian squeeze 64 using the latest toolkit. Cuda drivers are installed fine (devicequery test passed). but I get error about a cuda library which dosen't exist anymore (see my post at installation section). then I tryed with a new makefile found over internet but it is unable to find lcudart even if I set the path in /etc/profile.
can you help me?
