A bug problem when i using the prep_chem_source

I have a problem when i am setting the input file of the PREP-CHEM-SRC-1.5.Now I decide to simulate a case to study by using the WRF-chem model with the generate-emission tool called PREP-CHEM-SRC-1.5.My domain is covered over China with the lambert project coordinate system,so I set the this setting in my inp.file.But the output just have 2*2 cells describing in my ctl file ,and I am very confusing about whether my setting is incorrect or the program have a bug problem in PREP-CHEM-SRC-1.5.I wish you have some suggestion to help me to solve this problem and i will appreciate you if you have a solution.
