WRF Installation/Configuration

Postby UKWF » Sat Mar 09, 2013 5:14 pm

We are a small start up weather forecasting company based in the UK and are looking to develop several model outputs using the WRF system. We are ideally looking at producing NMM and ARW outputs at as high a resolution as possible. Further to this, we were also looking at the possibility of passing a limited amount of GRiB data through WRF to produce a high resolution output for the UK from various global models (GFS, UKMO, JMA, GEM).

We have a budget of £1500 for this project. If anyone has the know how to carry this work out for us, please get in contact with us either via PM or by replying to this topic.

Kind Regards,

UKWF Team

I need someone to Install the following software Remotely on ubuntu desktop
=============================================
1-install WPS first at first
2-install WRF
3-install OBSGRID
4-install WRFDA [this installation must include all options (from enabling radiance assimilations ......to...all types of assimilations(3dvar-4dvar-EnkF-Hyprid filters))]
[you may need to make compilation for 3dvar and other to 4dvar seperately]
5-install prep-chem
6-install WRF chemsitry
7- install NCL
8- install VAPOR
[there are test cases for every module to check if it works or not]
[compilation will be parallel and sequential , everyone in different folders for all components]
