real.exe error

Hi all
I am new in WRF Model.plz guide me about this error.
I run rel.exe file but it does not create required file following error found in rsl.erro.0000 file.

Your namelist file says 2014. There is a complaint about 2018, so I suspect your data file is 2018 while you
said use 2014.

real.exe error

Hi,
I'm a new wrf user and I need your help

When I execute the real.exe, it return me this error message.
