gen_be_stage2 problem

Issues with running 3DVAR.

hi , I 'm studying wrfvar and i can run testdata successful from the first step to the end (wrfvar3.2). when i made my own be.dat, i got no errors after i type ./gen_be_wrapper.ksh, while the gen_be_stage2.log as follows:
[3] Calculate eigenvectors, eigenvalues and inverse for psi/psi covariance
