Installation Problem.

Dear all,

I am a newcomer in the Data Assimilation (DA) system "world". I have been reading a lot about DA but the problem is worser when we need to do hands-on work and put the system in operation...
My first attempt was trying to install the version 3.1.1 in a SGI ICE - Linux x86_64 i486 i586 i686, ifort compiler with icc (serial). I could follow the output and other directories. The 31 executable files were not produced in the var/build directory. Only those listed below:

da_advance_time.exe da_bias_scan.exe da_bias_verif.exe da_tune_obs_desroziers.exe da_tune_obs_hollingsworth2.exe da_verif_grid.exe da_rad_diags.exe da_bias_sele.exe
da_tune_obs_hollingsworth1.exe da_update_bc.exe da_verif_obs.exe da_bias_airmass.exe

The first problems showed by the compile.out are below. Could you help me ?
