In file wrfrst_d01*,there are two floats T_1 and T_2 which desscript "perturtion potential temperature".

float T_1(Time, bottom_top, south_north, west_east) ;

T_1:FieldType = 104 ;

T_1:MemoryOrder = "XYZ" ;

T_1:description = "perturtion potential temperature (theta-t0)" ;

T_1:units = "K" ;

T_1:stagger = "" ;

T_1:coordinates = "XLONG XLAT" ;

float T_2(Time, bottom_top, south_north, west_east) ;

T_2:FieldType = 104 ;

T_2:MemoryOrder = "XYZ" ;

T_2:description = "perturtion potential temperature (theta-t0)" ;

T_2:units = "K" ;

T_2:stagger = "" ;

T_2:coordinates = "XLONG XLAT" ;

Anybody can tell me what is the difference between T_1 and T_2 ? And, what is the diffrence between these two floats and floats T in wrfout_d* and wrfinput_d*. thanks !
